June 2, 2020 Update
Montana is officially in Phase 2 for opening back up.
We will continue to monitor Montana's current status so that we can stay compliant with the governor's requirements.
We will continue to follow the 6ft distancing and such but the biggest difference is this week we will have the Missions Lattes and the Coffee Bar are open again!!!
The church office is back open again with it's limited office hours.
Sunday Kidz Church no longer needs pre-registration.
We will keep you updated as we know more.
April 23, 2020 Update
After the Governor's announcement we have decided the following for
this Sunday service at HVFC.
PLEASE GIVE US A LOT OF GRACE AS WE TRY THIS:
Using physical distancing guidelines we have measured out the seats in the sanctuary. People who share the same household may sit together.
When you arrive, you will be greeted at the front door. Please notice the marking out our physical distancing space up the ramp. The door will open to start seating at 9:45 am.
We will have a member of the security team asking you if you are well. Please do not come if you are sick or feel compromised.
Please wait outside the door until an usher requests that you follow them.
The usher will show you to your seats inside. Please take the seat offered and enjoy the service!
After the service, ushers will release everyone by row, so please wait for an usher to release you out of the building.
Precautions: Ushers and Security team will wear masks. You may wear a mask if you like, but not required. Please use standard COVID-19 precautions of staying home if you are ill, profuse hand washing, and social distancing. If you have traveled out of state, please avoid coming to the service until 14 days have passed since your travels.
FOR THIS WEEK: There will only be one service, and we will do first come first serve. PLEASE GIVE US SOME GRACE… We will add services as required for next week. Also, this is a BYOC meeting (Bring Your Own Coffee)… maybe things will change next week. J
March 17, 2020 Update
First a letter from Pastor Jeff
You may have heard that President Trump held a Press Conference to give guidance in order to contain and curtail the spread of Covid-19. The new guidelines for all Americans to follow say that for the next two weeks, gatherings should be less than 10 people. Though the virus does not seriously affect the young or the strong, it is more complicated for our senior citizens and those with pre-existing medical conditions. In the spirit of cooperation with our government, and for the safety of our seniors, we are going to suspend our main meetings; Weekend services, Faith Kidz, Counter Culture and Lifeline for now.
Our Life Connection Groups, Alpha, and Recovery Through Christ will be meeting as long as the group size is 10 or less and the leader/host home is willing. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR GROUP LEADER, and remember the sick should not attend. So, symptom-free people may and are encouraged to implement social distancing practices in small groups.
In addition we will be Live-streaming our Sunday service at 10am and starting next Tuesday at 6pm, we will be Live-streaming our prayer meeting. If it appears that these guidelines stay in affect after two weeks, we will also include a new 10am Thursday service.
I am hoping that we can all keep an eye on each other, by checking in on one another by phone or text. If you think of someone who is not on our email list, please let them know.
Also, if you hear of any specific needs that we can address, please call. We are willing to help people in need, and looking for ways to serve. May the Lord bless each of us and our Country during this time, and may the COVID-19 be stopped in Jesus Name!
From Pastor MJ Concerning Faith Kidz Bus Ministry
1. Faith Kidz will use the social media platforms to keep all of our kids engaged while we are on hold. We desire to continue in our mission in ministering to your kids, and especially during this time.
You can check us on YouTube at
And our Facebook Page at
2. We will start our Bus Ministry back up as soon as the schools reopen, but in the mean time we will continue to visit, and distribute treat, breads, and snacks.
During this time, our connectivity with you will revolve around our ability to communicate via the internet… And to do that, we will be using a program called Mail Chimp. We will need you to “subscribe” so that we have your permission to send you updates. We promise not to flood your inbox with emails, and you will always have the option to “unsubscribe” at any time.
It is easy to do:
